Most orders are available to be collected within 24 hours if they come from our Auckland or Wellington storeroom, and some may be available immediately.

We charge $80 an hour, and guarantee our work, if we can’t fix it (and don’t provide or order parts) we don’t charge. If we have to come back for a problem we have caused, it’s free (excluding the call out fee and any parts).
There is an $80 booking/call out fee on top of the hourly rate which is non refundable which covers travel time and costs.
Pick up parts
Once your parts have been ordered, we will give you a call when they arrive, and setup a time for you to pick them up.
Get your equipment diagnosed and repaired
Call us to book a technician and a time to drop off your devices.
We will estimate costs over the phone where possible.
We will call you if we run in to any problems that requires information from you or any potential increases in the price before we continue.
Once completed we will ring you to setup a time for you to collect your devices.
We charge $80 an hour to repair devices, minimum 30 minute charge ($40).
Please note there is a $50 workshop fee on top of the time it takes.

We charge $50 an hour for sites that are hosted by Ninja Web Host.
For non urgent requests we charge $30 an hour for websites that are hosted with Ninja Web Host.
Book professional security guards for events or premises
We are a registered security company that provides onsite and mobile guards for personnel and property, including events.

Our head office for the security teams are located in Wellington, however our guards are local.
